KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI ยท SPECIALTY & IMPORT GROCERY

We get good food onto the shelf - and make sure it moves.

CeDi is the operating layer between food brands and grocery retail. We take a brand from first conversation to retail-ready submission, then stay on the account through launch, velocity tracking and reorders.

Category

Specialty & import food

Sauces, seasonings, snacks, beverages and globally inspired center-store products.

Channel

Midwest grocery retail

Independent and regional grocers, wholesale channels and specialty accounts.

Structure

Brokerage or distribution

Sales representation, wholesale distribution, or a staged hybrid of both.

What we do

Two people have to say yes: the buyer and the brand. We work for both.

For grocery buyers

One point of contact, one complete submission, and a brand that is ready to perform the day it is authorized.

  • One complete submission: pricing, case specs, GTINs, shelf life and insurance
  • Samples, launch coordination and a single accountable point of contact
  • Velocity, reorder and out-of-stock reporting after placement

For food brands

Retail readiness is a checklist, not a mystery. We run it with you, then represent the brand in the market.

  • Retail-readiness review across labeling, logistics, margins and compliance
  • Buyer positioning, product submission and account follow-through
  • Brokerage, distribution or a staged hybrid based on the account
How it works

The name
CEDI

CeDi honors Cedella and Diane - two family matriarchs whose legacies represent Caribbean culture, Midwest grocery tradition and the belief that food creates connection. The name reminds us that relationships open the first door; disciplined execution earns every door after it.
